WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/MATERIAL HANDLER - SEASONAL Location: TN, Lebanon – 1000 CL4353, 1000 Darrell Waltrip Dr, Lebanon, TN 37090, USA GEODIS, a global third‑party logistics provider, offers a seasonal warehouse associate role focused on material handling and distribution. This role supports the smooth movement of goods by receiving, storing, and moving materials and assembling customer orders. What you will be doing: Receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials. Reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Conveying materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, or product code). Assembling customer orders from stock and placing them on pallets or shelves, or conveying orders to packing station or shipping department. Requirements: High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency. Minimum 1 to 3 months of related experience. Ability to perform operations using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions. Ability to complete duties within standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Physical capability to use hands, sit, reach, stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch, talk or hear. Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to be exposed to non‑climate‑controlled environments.
