As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that essential components are accurately managed and delivered to support high-impact production goals. You will take ownership of the flow of goods, utilizing digital tracking systems to maintain operational precision and warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake of incoming shipments, ensuring items are verified and organized for optimal warehouse accessibility.
- Proactively supply production lines with necessary components to prevent downtime and maintain assembly momentum.
- Execute the loading of outbound freight, verifying shipment accuracy to ensure products reach their destination safely and on time.
- Maintain rigorous inventory integrity by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling data discrepancies within our management systems.
- Document all inventory transactions, including receipts and internal transfers, to provide real-time visibility into stock levels.
- Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to operational protocols and utilizing required protective equipment at all times.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards and hazard prevention.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items, in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems or SAP for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory reconciliation and documentation review.
