This is NOT a traditional corporate marketing position. This is a real-world operational growth role focused on: local SEO Google Business Profile growth AI-assisted content creation short-form video/media website content operational content systems local digital authority building PPC support measurable execution We are building a true local digital growth system around real jobs, real projects, real people, and real operational content.

However… We ARE open to ambitious self-learners who are: highly coachable consistent dependable strong executors comfortable learning independently able to improve rapidly through repetition and real-world experience You do NOT need to be a senior SEO expert. You will regularly: visit active jobsites capture photos/videos/content work directly with production teams help document projects assist with before/after content help generate customer reviews interview team members/customers when appropriate learn restoration terminology and operations become knowledgeable in water, fire, mold, reconstruction, and emergency services The goal is to create REAL local authority content based on REAL operational experience.
