Care Team Coordinator
Senior Helpers Charleston
Senior Helpers is seeking a dependable and organized Care Team Coordinator to oversee caregivers manage scheduling and support training and client care.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver scheduling callouts shift changes and weekend/on-call coverage.
- Maintain accurate caregiver availability and records in scheduling software.
- Coordinate new caregiver introductions and first client visits.
- Conduct caregiver orientations skills assessments and ongoing training
- Review timesheets and care logs to ensure compliance with care plans
- Support caregiver recognition and team morale.
- Work closely with the care team to resolve staffing and client-care concerns.
- MUST work as a CAREGIVER if needed
Qualifications
- Healthcare background preferred (CNA LPN nursing or related field).
- Strong leadership communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Previous caregiver training or supervisory experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment..
- Reliable professional and able to work independently and as part of a team.
