CirrusLabs is looking for a motivated Junior GRC Developer with foundational experience in the RSA Archer platform to support a leading banking client based in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential, ideal for candidates eager to build a career in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of GRC solutions using the RSA Archer platform.
• Support customization of workflows, applications, dashboards, and reports to meet risk and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into Archer configurations.
• Help configure and maintain GRC modules aligned with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, FFIEC, NIST, and ISO.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements within the Archer environment.
• Assist with user access management, role-based permissions, and basic security configurations.
• Support data uploads, migrations, and system updates under guidance from senior developers.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related IT roles.
• Hands-on exposure to RSA Archer (development, configuration, or administration).
• Basic understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, etc.).
• Familiarity with workflows, forms, questionnaires, and reporting in GRC tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data handling concepts.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow defined processes.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to banking or financial services environments.
• Awareness of GRC automation or integrations with security tools (SIEM/SOAR).
• Entry-level or in-progress certifications such as:
• RSA Archer Certified Associate / Administrator (or training exposure)
• GRC Professional (GRCP)
• Understanding of IT risk, audit, or compliance reporting concepts.
