Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in Virginia state court Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery Develop case strategies through legal research and analysis Regularly appear in court and participate in hearings, motions, depositions, and trials Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to client service Meet billable hour expectations in line with firm standards Why Join WhitbeckBeglis, PLLC?
