A typical day involves traveling to multiple patient homes within an assigned territory in and around Morgantown, completing skilled nursing visits, documenting in the electronic medical record, and collaborating with team members via phone or secure messaging. The caseload is designed to support thorough, unhurried visits where you can focus on assessment, teaching, and individualized patient needs. This position is ideal for an RN who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to see the direct impact of their care on patient independence and quality of life. Shifts generally follow a daytime schedule with some flexibility depending on patient needs, visit volumes, and agency structure.
