Key Responsibilities Partner with Pros: Meet with contractors and homeowners to take sales orders, answer project questions, and proactively grow our contractor customer base. Bring Plans to Life: Review drawings, perform take‑offs, and calculate accurate estimates for full house packages, decks, garages, windows, and doors. Manage the Process: Generate precise quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders seamlessly using our POS system. Be the Expert: Stay up to date on our full range of building materials—especially window and door products—to identify the best solutions for our customers. Collaborate: Work closely with the rest of the sales and yard team to ensure orders are accurate and customer service issues are resolved promptly. What We’re Looking For Industry Experience: Previous experience in building materials sales is preferred. You should feel comfortable talking with seasoned builders. Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with window and door product lines is highly preferred. Technical Savvy: Ability to read blueprints, perform take‑offs, and generate accurate material estimates. Customer-First Mindset: Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. Ownership: An ambitious self‑starter who can make sound decisions with minimal oversight and loves seeing a project through to completion.
