Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries

Assignment Details

• Schedule follows a 5x8 format.
• Work setting is outpatient.

Location Highlights

Carson City offers access to both mountain recreation and historic downtown amenities. Lake Tahoe is about 30 miles southwest, and Spooner Lake and the Tahoe Rim Trail provide hiking and biking options within a short drive. The Nevada State Capitol and Nevada State Museum are located in the city center, and the Kings Canyon Waterfalls trailhead sits just a few miles west of downtown. Reno is approximately 30 miles north for added dining and airport access, while nearby U.S. 395 connects Carson City with the eastern Sierra and western Nevada.
