Revenue Operations SpecialistWe're The Bluebird Group - we're an omnichannel commerce partner that helps brands grow across every retail and digital channel.We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support revenue processes, reporting, systems management, and month-end accounting activities across the business.This role works closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate revenue recording, maintain system integrity, support reporting and analysis, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation. You'll help drive accuracy across the revenue cycle while contributing to initiatives that improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple priorities. This person enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to support better business decisions.This position is based in our downtown Minneapolis office.What You'll DoRevenue Operations & Order ManagementSupport client setup and account maintenance within NetSuiteCreate and maintain sales orders to support accurate revenue recognition, reporting, and analysisPartner with accounting and operations teams to ensure revenue-related data is complete and accurateSupport revenue processes across the business while maintaining strong controls and documentationHelp ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the revenue lifecycleRevenue Reporting & AnalysisPrepare recurring revenue reports, variance analysis, and business performance summariesAnalyze revenue trends and provide insights to support decision-making across departmentsPerform client account analysis and reconciliationsSupport management reporting and ad hoc analysis requestsMonitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiencyAccounting & Month-End SupportAssist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting supportEnsure revenue-related accounting activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and accounting standardsSupport revenue analysis and reporting requirements across multiple business unitsCollaborate with accounting leadership on reconciliation and reporting activitiesSystems & Process ImprovementSupport the administration and enhancement of NetSuite, HubSpot, and related business systemsMaintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and reporting platformsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencyAssist with implementation of automation tools and process improvement initiativesSupport testing, documentation, and adoption of new systems and enhancementsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams on revenue-related initiativesCommunicate findings, recommendations, and process updates across stakeholdersSupport projects that improve workflows, reporting, and business performanceContribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environmentAssist with special projects and other initiatives as business needs evolveWhat We're Looking ForExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in accounting, finance, revenue operations, business analysis, or related fields preferredExperience supporting reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, or business operations preferredExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment preferredRetail, agency, professional services, or commerce industry experience is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with professional services revenue recognitionExperience collaborating with sales and operations teamsRetail industry experienceExperience with NetSuiteExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM platformsExperience supporting automation, systems integrations, or process improvement initiativesSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in evolving environments and navigating ambiguityAbility to identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiativesAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel occasionally to other Bluebird offices as needed (less than 10%)Our CommitmentWe prioritize the inclusion of diverse perspectives.
