Location: New York 14642 Pay Rate: $966 – $1,096 Schedule: Nights, 5x8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week) Additional: Weekends, holidays, on‑call, and callback as needed Position Summary & Responsibilities Decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and trays Operate sterilization equipment (steam sterilizers, washers, HLD systems) Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate documentation Inspect instruments for cleanliness, function, and proper assembly Manage inventory, stock supplies, and support OR and clinical units Requirements Certified Sterile Processing Technician (HSPA or CBSPD): Required Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing experience BLS (AHA only): Required Large hospital experience (500+ beds) required Minimum 6 months travel experience required Two professional references (from recent assignments) required #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
