Responsibilities Develop and deliver a shareable application built on SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI that is portable and easy to deploy. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and an Operations Plan including logical schematics, workflow maps, configuration details, and maintenance procedures. Create user guides for system administrators, application administrators, and end users covering prerequisites, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing operation. Package the application and all related files into a deployable bundle (e.g., GitHub repository) and validate its installation by a partner entity. Leverage existing Judiciary technologies and work through the Judiciary network via VPN in accordance with security policies. Maintain portability by embedding open source components where appropriate. Provide training materials and support documentation to enable independent deployment by other judicial jurisdictions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Microsoft 365 Certified (MS-102, 900) and Power Platform Certified (PL-100, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-900) preferred. At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and web publishing technologies. Experience in application packetization, deployment, and documentation of enterprise solutions. Strong technical writing skills and ability to produce clear, detailed documentation. Knowledge of application development, UX principles, and the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform. Location: Onsite, Annapolis, MD.
