Apartment Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr (Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

Unit Turns: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair).
General Repairs: Handle light plumbing (unclogging sinks) and basic electrical (changing light fixtures or switches).
Community Upkeep: Keep common areas, leasing offices, and parking lots clean and welcoming.
Service Requests: Respond to resident work orders for appliance troubleshooting and basic hardware fixes.

What We're Looking For

Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tools and how to fix common household issues.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to support the community.
Tools: Must own a set of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.).
Physical Stamina: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day.
Experience: Previous apartment or construction experience is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
