The successful candidate will be a strategic partner and financial advisor on the Executive Leadership Team, playing a critical role in expanding the company's impact. Responsibilities include overseeing all finance, accounting, and HR functions, continuing the implementation of a financial infrastructure, and guiding the organization in M&A decisions. The Head of Finance will also be involved in supporting investor and board relations, including shaping the financial narrative and strategy. The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance position at the company is a nimble and experienced financial executive with a background in leading various finance disciplines within a high-growth, PE-backed company. They should have a proven track record in implementing and evolving financial systems, as well as in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate the financial status and goals of the organization and skill in evaluating M&A opportunities.
