Senior Travel Sales Manager – Luxury Spa NetworkAre you a high-performing sales leader with a strong ability to drive revenue, lead teams, and sell premium services? We're hiring a Senior Travel Sales Manager to join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country. In this role, you'll travel to high-priority locations to coach teams, lead in-spa sales efforts, stabilize performance, and ensure a five-star client experience.About the RoleThis is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies. Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location. Coverage includes Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. All travel costs are fully covered. You'll return home between deployments.
