Facility: GSS ND Larimore Ctr Location: Larimore, ND Address: 501 E Front St, Larimore, ND 58251, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $32.50 - $48 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents, families, and inter‑disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge, applying appropriate age‑ and population‑specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. Provides care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinates care, performs resident assessment, delivers resident education, and conducts various nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and competence levels. Provides assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care, resolving care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules. Applies the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, including interpretive statements published by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or possesses multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
