About the Position

Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Apple Valley, CA | Acute Care Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 | Variable start times (6:00 AM or 7:30 AM) | Weekend call required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures with a daily caseload of approximately 5–12 patients
• Conduct primarily basic studies, with the majority of volume consisting of stress tests
• Participate in weekend call rotation as required
• Document and chart patient information using Epic
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Active California State Nuclear Medicine License required — pending licensure not accepted
• ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) certification required
• NMTCB certification required
• BLS certification required
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with stress test procedures and high-volume nuclear medicine departments
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Flexibility with variable shift start times and scheduling
