Remote Associate Director of Lean & Continuous Improvement

The Jackson Laboratory seeks an Associate Director, Continuous Improvement to set and deploy a multi-year Lean strategy across JMCRS Operations. You will lead a distributed team, coach on Kaizen, and own the deployment roadmap, with travel to domestic sites as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering or science, 10 years of experience (12+ preferred), and 6 years of supervisory work (8+ preferred).
