Majesco Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Majesco Solution Architect with strong expertise in the insurance domain to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise-level implementations. The ideal candidate will lead requirement discussions, define solution architecture, and ensure successful execution aligned with business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architecture to meet client business and process objectives
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop high-level and low-level design for applications/product suites
• Drive solution architecture across multiple applications within the enterprise ecosystem
• Lead product implementation from a solution and technology perspective
• Support project execution, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
• Prepare and review effort estimations and contribute to planning
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and client presentations
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure solution quality and compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong domain expertise in P&C (Property & Casualty) and/or L&A (Life & Annuities) Insurance across North America, India, APAC, or UK markets
• Hands-on experience with Majesco platform (ICD/ICM modules)
• Proficiency in UML-based analysis and design (e.g., Rational Rose, TogetherJ)
• Experience with business rules engines and workflow design
• Strong Java-based object-oriented design and development experience
• Expertise in both high-level and detailed technical design
• Proven experience in conducting requirement workshops and understanding business processes
• Knowledge of framework-based architecture design for functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience leading teams of software engineers/technical specialists
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and database design
