Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts (PT MA) required
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 aged students preferred
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in an educational setting a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skill development and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services during school hours
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other related service providers to integrate therapy goals within the academic setting
• Support students with adaptive strategies or equipment as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
