Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Specialist IT Site Services for its Indianapolis location. This role delivers end-to-end IT support to global operations, combining daily operational support with leadership oversight across 170+ company sites. The position emphasizes customer service excellence and technical proficiency in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver user-centric IT Concierge support experience to workforce
Manage site support ticket queues while maximizing end-to-end customer journey value
Perform device staging, technical troubleshooting, repairs, and workplace setup activities
Maintain accurate inventory of supported assets and coordinate with local and vendor stakeholders
Provide smart hands infrastructure support for data center operations and maintain DCIM documentation

Requirements

Technical support experience with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Customer support background with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
Smart hands experience in data centers, MDFs, IDFs, structured cabling, and rack operations
Knowledge of qualified environment support such as manufacturing facilities and regulatory audits
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, augmented staff, and third-party vendors
Capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments managing competing priorities

Compensation: $68,000 - $82,400
