Lead Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Supported Leadership
Compensation: $2933/hr depending on experience Leadership compensation without leadership burnout.
Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is seeking a Lead CVT who wants to help guide a technician team while still practicing high-quality medicine with real doctor and management support.
This role is ideal for a CVT who wants leadership without being left alone to carry everything.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for the technician team
- Work closely with doctors on patient care and workflow
- Continue hands-on CVT work (this is not a desk job)
- Help shape protocols and team growth collaboratively
