What You’ll Do:

• Inspect roofing systems (in person, via photos, and drone inspections)
• Generate new customer through personal efforts and company appointments
• Consult property owners on roofing solutions
• Collect evidence and present findings to homeowners related to insurance claims
• Walk homeowner through the process of buying a new roof

What You Need:

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Core-sense of accountability
• Comfortable with roof inspections
• Driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Based near Memphis, TN

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Some required team meetings and appointments
• Monday to Friday (flexible start/end times)
• Hybrid remote (field work + occasional in-person meetings)

No experience? Honestly, that’s no problem.
