Our organization, recognized as one of the top 13 communities by U.S. News & World Report for excellence in nursing care, is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role, RNs will address the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our commitment to “Person-Directed Care.”

Position Details:

Full-time Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential

A typical day may involve:

• Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing for active participation in daily routines
• Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing care plans as necessary while overseeing resident care
• Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

• A valid RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings
