Customer Service Specialist – Packaging & Print

Your responsibilities:

• Daily collaboration with the Print Development, Artwork Production, and Quality Control teams
• Customer support and consultation on ongoing printing and packaging projects
• Processing and managing orders via SAP and internal systems
• Maintaining customer data and projects within the Product Lifecycle Management system
• Monitoring project progress and proactive communication with customers
• Responding to inquiries by phone and email
• Interpreting reports and initiating appropriate actions
• Creating certificates, reports, and invoices
• Supporting administrative processes and credit control activities
• Coordinating sample shipments and shipping activities
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements

Your profile:

• Experience in customer service, account coordination, or a comparable position
• Knowledge of the printing or packaging industry – ideally in corrugated packaging and/or flexographic printing
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Strong customer focus and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Very strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach
