Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Requirements Requirement Elicitation and Analysis Need BA with Clinical domain knowledge (Metadata Repository (MDR) preferably) Strong understanding of clinical domain and has worked on Clinical Data Management Understanding of CDISC standards SDTM SRDM Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with technology teams to detail requirements that meet business needs. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories/requirements.
