Travel Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across different healthcare settings. The SLP will provide individualized therapy while adapting to various patient populations and clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide swallowing and feeding therapy when appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies.
• Recommend communication strategies and assistive devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
• Adapt effectively to different facilities, patient populations, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license as required for the assignment.
• ASHA certification or eligibility as applicable.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work effectively in different healthcare environments.
