Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Connecticut
- Proficiency in working with pediatric and elementary caseloads within school settings
- Experience in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team
- CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide targeted, evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress documentation and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy techniques to deliver high-quality services
