Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will be assisting the office manager with various administrative roles like data entry, filing, organizing workflow, You will also be answering & making phone calls to customers, making copies, emailing, printing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. This position is for every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 11 am to 3pm (+/- one hour), basically 3.5 to 4 hour shift for those days.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers Office manager questions, and direct calls. etc.
- Regularly assisting office manager with data entry and organizing daily work assignments
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
