Your Role at KIK The Blow Mold Packer is responsible for inspecting and packing plastic bottles, monitoring automated equipment to prevent jams, and reporting any defects or machine issues. The role supports smooth production flow by keeping lines clear, labeling finished goods accurately, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for each shift. This role is based on site at our Mars, PA facility with the hours of Sunday to Thursday 3:30 PM to 11:40 PM. The pay rate for this position is $19.57 per hour plus a $2 shift differential for working 2nd shift. What You’ll Be Doing Lifts and transports bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with plastic bottles, assembles them into grouped boxes, and secures them with twine Inspect plastic bottles for defects such as holes, surface lines, or water spots, and packs all approved bottles into boxes Monitors automated machinery to prevent operational jams Notifies the supervisor of any defective bottles or equipment malfunctions Ensures conveyor belts remain clear of excess bottles. Operates the bagger machine as required. Alerts appropriate personnel when additional raw materials are needed. Tracks the number of bottles produced during each shift. Accurately label boxes or bags with the correct date and shift identification, following designated color-coding requirements. Supports departmental inventory activities and performs routine record-keeping tasks.
