Job Description GROWING PEST CONTROL COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE FULL TIME PEST SPECIALISTS We are currently seeking motivated career minded individuals to join our team. No experience is required to apply for this position as we offer paid training to our new Pest Specialists. We are looking for individuals who are open to starting a career with a growing company. A Pest Specialist is responsible for inspecting customers’ premises, advising them on possible treatment options and cleaning the environment from items that could draw pests to the area. Ultimately, you will be able to identify which type of insect or animal you come across to help customers get rid of them more effectively. Responsibilities Inspect property to ascertain possible sites of pest invasion and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent infestation. Identify invading pests. Apply chemical solutions, powders, and granules on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests. Ensure safety procedures are followed for application and reentry. Utilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application. Set mechanical traps and place bait. Keep service vehicle organized, professional, clean and follow all regulations. Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle. Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and experience. Respond cooperatively with requests for help from fellow members and management. Qualifications Strong communication skills and comfort in customer interactions. Willingness to learn and undergo paid training. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Full-time availability. Must pass background and drug screening.
