• 24hr call shifts -- 4 to 6 shifts per month ongoing
• Call taken from hotel after finishing deliveries
• 4 to 10 newborns per day
• NICU and newborn nursery setting
• UAC, UVC line insertion, and intubation required
• Circumcisions preferred but not required
• High-risk deliveries and rounding involved
• Vacancy coverage -- ongoing need
