Registered Nurse - RN - Full-time - Part-time - Weekend Option - PRN

RN – Healthcare Center Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Registered Nurses to become a part of our team and help provide our residents with the highest quality of care. Our current needs include: Full-time Evening Shift; working 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. Part-time Evening Shift; working 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Weekend and holiday rotation required. PRN - Day, Evening and Night Shift; picking up shifts as needed. Job Description: As an RN, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to: Coordinating, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to maintain the resident’s highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Assessing residents for condition changes, administering medications and completing required documentation thoroughly and accurately in an electronic care tracker. Supervising and monitoring the delivery of care by CNAs according to resident care plans. Monitoring dining activities to identify concerns or changes in resident’s needs. Interacting with families and visitors and accompanying physicians on rounds. Education and Experience: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. Post-licensure experience preferred but not required. Must demonstrate CPR competencies. Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations. Must possess quality mindedness, critical thinking, initiative in leadership responsibilities, interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills.
