Express Employment Professionals of Ottawa is partnered with a local grain facility in North Mendota, IL and is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Dump Loader position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team-driven environment.

Schedule

Hours of operation range from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and are subject to change based on business needs
Overtime may be required
Weekend work may be required during peak seasons

Pay

$17.00 per hour
Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals

Job Responsibilities

As a Dump Loader, you may be responsible for:

Opening and closing hopper gates on truck trailers to unload grain
Operating loading gates to fill trucks with grain
Assisting with general facility maintenance and housekeeping
Sweeping, shoveling, mowing, and pressure washing as needed
Supporting daily operations based on facility demands
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Providing professional customer service to employees, truck drivers, and visitors

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift 50-70 pounds consistently
Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
