Immediate need for a talented Designer II. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design and construction documents in Revit.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams.
• Support projects from programming through construction administration.
• Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability requirements.
• Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings.
• Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues.
• Support QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections.
• Mentor and guide junior staff.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Revit, BIM, Architectural Construction Documentation, Building Codes & Code Compliance, Constructability & Project Coordination.
• 4+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical degree.
• Strong Revit and BIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation, building codes, and constructability.
• Experience with project coordination and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, LEED AP/WELL AP.
