Litigation Associate AttorneySeeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of General Litigation experience to work on sophisticated commercial disputes and complex, high-stakes matters across all phases of litigation.Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join their General Litigation team to handle sophisticated commercial disputes through all phases of litigation, including complex, high-profile matters.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage litigation matters through all phases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.Draft pleadings, dispositive and non-dispositive motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and discovery requests/responses.Conduct legal research, participate in depositions, prepare witnesses, and appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and case management conferences.Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, expert coordination, and development of case strategy.Collaborate with partners, clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties to manage complex commercial litigation efficiently.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership in good standing.4-7 years of complex commercial/general litigation experience.Strong experience drafting dispositive motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda.Deposition experience (taking and/or defending) preferred, with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication, attention to detail, case management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on years of experience.Opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile commercial litigation matters.Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced litigators and trial attorneys.Hands-on courtroom, deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial experience with significant responsibility.Supportive, collegial culture promoting professional growth and work-life balance with reasonable workload expectations.
