Role Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing, comprehensive care for individuals and families across all ages, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic diseases, preventive health, acute conditions, and mental health issues with a patient-first philosophy.
• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other healthcare providers for well-rounded patient care.

• Maintain accurate and current patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active North Carolina medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
