Career track: Service Tech → Senior Tech → Lead → Service Manager What You'll Do Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems Diagnose malfunctions and determine the extent of necessary repairs Give homeowners honest recommendations. Never oversell. Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job Wear floor savers in the client's home Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle Drive and work safely, every day What You Bring 3+ years residential HVAC service experience (service, not install only) EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (NATE preferred) Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools Clean driving record Compensation $33.00–$38.00 per hour, plus performance incentives. Earning potential $80K–$100K+ for strong performers.
