Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community We are a hardworking and welcoming group of dental professionals Our office is located near the intersection of Harrison Ave and East 11th Street What our teams is looking for 1+ years of experiene working in a dental, medical, or optical front desk role 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable 1+ years of experience with verification of insurance Team is willing to train someone who has transferrable front desk skills from working in a healthcare setting Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Preferred Experience 1+ years of experience in a dental front desk role 1+ years of experience discussing finances and making financial arrangements with patients Dentrix or other dental software experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
