Dispatch Supervisor LEAMS, LLC

Location: Houston, TX (Remote-Capable / On-Call Required) Type: Full-Time | Hourly or Salary DOE Schedule: This is a 24/7 operation. Flexibility is non-negotiable.

LEAMS is a fast-growing law enforcement management company that connects off-duty police officers with clients across the country from HOAs and corporate campuses to emergency response deployments. Our operations run around the clock, and we need someone who can keep up.

The Role

The Dispatch Supervisor is the nerve center of LEAMS operations. You are responsible for making sure every shift is filled, every officer knows where to be, and every client knows what's happening before they have to ask. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple moving pieces simultaneously, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with both clients and law enforcement contractors.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily and weekly scheduling for a roster of 1099 off-duty police officers across multiple clients and locations
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and officers fielding requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring coverage at all times
• Fill last-minute shift openings quickly and with the right officer for the assignment
• Track officer availability, assignment history, and certification status
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and special instructions in real time
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, shift confirmations, and client communications
• Escalate issues to leadership when situations exceed your authority
• Identify and flag scheduling gaps, recurring problems, or officer performance issues

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling coordination, staffing, or operations management law enforcement or security industry experience is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication skills you can deliver clear, direct information to a police officer and a corporate client in the same breath
• High attention to detail missed shifts or miscommunications have real consequences here
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously across phone, text, and email
• Tech-savvy enough to work within scheduling software and communicate across multiple platforms (we use Chronotek)
• Available and responsive outside standard business hours nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the territory
• Composed under pressure when something goes sideways at 2am, you handle it
