Physical Therapist (OCS Certified)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care. In this role, you will serve as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, fostering professional growth and confidence partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams develop and adjust individualized, evidence-based care plans aligned with patient goals deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities monitor patient progress and modify approaches accordingly advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey Qualifications include a valid Texas Physical Therapist license or enrollment in a DPT program, and Board Certification as an OCS.
