Bartender (on-call)

Summary:
Hotel Kabuki is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at Haibu, our vibrant bar and lounge located in the heart of San Francisco's historic Japantown.

As part of the JDV by Hyatt collection, Hotel Kabuki celebrates individuality, authentic connections, and the unique culture of our neighborhood. At Haibu, we craft exceptional cocktails, showcase local flavors, and create memorable experiences for hotel guests and the local community alike.

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This is an on-call position with an hourly rate of $27.56.
