Production Control Associate - 1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding SCLS corporate safety goals. Follow directions given by Production Controllers to complete daily job tasks. Communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills. Apply strong reasoning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues and recommend solutions that enable efficient workflows. Become highly proficient with WMS (Korber, formerly High Jump) and drive efficiencies through systemic improvements. Verify accuracy of orders in the WMS and ensure exceptional customer service by meeting or exceeding all key performance indicators. Solicit feedback and modify actions as appropriate to continually focus on improvements of company processes to meet the customer’s needs for high‑quality, cost‑effective logistics services. Promote constant and measurable improvement; teach and facilitate SCLS’ culture of continuous improvement. Effectively communicate SCLS goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates. Qualifications High school diploma required; technical school or college degree preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent guest service skills. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment. PC skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web‑based and job‑specific software applications. Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others’ efforts. Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess solid judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
