Berman Health Club is a rapidly growing performance, recovery, and longevity company helping adults 50+ move better, feel better, and stay active for life — without relying on surgery, injections, or pain pills.

Help adults “arrive at 80 feeling 40.”We are looking for a high-energy Performance Coach / Personal Trainer who wants to be part of a company that is redefining healthcare, fitness, and longevity in Southwest Florida.
This is NOT a “walk around the gym counting reps” type of job.

Personal training, strength coaching, or performance coaching experience preferred
NASM, CSCS, ACE, ISSA, or similar certifications are a plus
Experience working with active adults or athletes is a plus
Athletic Trainer (ATC) background is welcomed but not required
New graduates and motivated coaches are welcome to apply
Competitive base salary: $50,000–$70,000+ depending on experience
