Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the underlying causes of clients’ mental health challenges, designing comprehensive and effective treatment plans.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress to ensure goals are met effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and children. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may face challenges such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Experience working with underserved communities, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, is highly valued as you help promote inclusiveness and understanding in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of full-time clinical counseling experience, working adeptly with a variety of client demographics.
