Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) located in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Address: Hyannis, Massachusetts
• Schedule: The shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Demonstrated skills in IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator care
  • One (1) year of recent experience within the last five (5) years in ICU, CVICU, CVPA, ER, or SDC/PACU
  • Successful passage of the organizations Pharmacology exam
  • Successful passage of the Basic Arrhythmia Program or challenge exam
  • Education includes graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN is preferred
  • Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); must be maintained
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in SDC or PACU within the last 5 years
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computerized nursing informatics systems
• Additional Information: On-call is required for off-shift, weekends, and holidays.
