We don't hire experience. We build it. No sales background? Good. No insurance background? Even better. We'll take you from zero to writing auto, fire, life & health on raw new business within 30 days of walking through our door. We've done it with our last several hires in a row. "I'm not looking for the traditional salesperson. I'm looking for someone that can read, write, and wants to make a little more money. I'll take you the rest of the way."
What you'll do:
- Outbound and inbound sales auto, fire, life & health
- Work real leads. Talk to real people. Write real business.
- Get coached daily inside a system that actually works.
Who we want:
- Hungry and coachable above everything else
- Comfortable on the phone outbound doesn't intimidate you
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Willing to get licensed before your start date (we'll show you how)
What you get:

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
