What you'll do:

• Outbound and inbound sales auto, fire, life & health
• Work real leads. Talk to real people. Write real business.
• Get coached daily inside a system that actually works.

Who we want:

• Hungry and coachable above everything else
• Comfortable on the phone outbound doesn't intimidate you
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Willing to get licensed before your start date (we'll show you how)

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
