Account Executive We are looking for high-energy and independent sales professionals to be an integral part of a quickly growing sales team! As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform. Our Channel Partnerships Managers will work with some of the most established players in the automotive industry to form and strengthen partner relationships with Tekmetric. This is an exciting and rewarding role for anyone that wants to develop or even kick-start their career in customer success! There are many opportunities for career development and progression. Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll own relationships across a strategic book of 40–60 multi-location automotive repair businesses, driving value realization, retention, and expansion. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, balancing hands‑on account management with structured process development to help scale our Customer Success motion. SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM) As an SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a key role in helping hundreds of automotive repair shops succeed with Tekmetric. Working as part of a pooled Customer Success team, you’ll deliver value through digital touchpoints, targeted outreach, and scalable programs that help customers achieve measurable business results. You’ll be the first line of connection for our customers — not just answering questions, but actively listening, learning, and guiding them to success. IT Systems Administrator We’re looking for a high-performing IT Systems Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Customer Onboarding Manager Great opportunity for an experienced people leader to join and manage a scaling team of Customer Onboarding Managers! Payments Development Representative The Payments Development Representative is responsible for driving adoption of Tekmetric Payments within our existing customer base. This role focuses exclusively on engaging current Tekmetric users who have not yet activated our integrated payments experience. You will contact shops, share the operational value of switching to integrated payments, qualify interest, and book attended demos with our Payments Specialists. You will manage a list‑based outbound motion and work closely with the Payments team to prioritize accounts based on usage and readiness signals. This role requires a strong understanding of merchant services, excellent customer empathy, and the ability to operate in a new and evolving sales motion. Success will come from delivering high quality customer interactions and driving consistent attended demos that support expansion revenue. Sales Development Representatives Our Sales Development Representatives will partner with our sales team to implement sales and pipeline‑building strategies. This role plays an integral part in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads. Senior Event Manager Tekmetric is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑impact events, including our flagship Tektonic industry conference, national tradeshows, and regional field events. In this role, you’ll shape event strategy, align cross‑functional stakeholders, manage budgets, and deliver unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand awareness, deepening customer engagement and driving revenue growth. Customer Support In this role, you lead our Customer Support department with the goal of driving successful outcomes and long‑term customer satisfaction. You know what it takes to provide world‑class customer support, and you can do all the above while keeping an eye on the KPIs and outcomes for your team (including response times, CSAT, NPS, and renewal rates). Senior Software Engineer Tekmetric is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take part in the full development lifecycle, from ideation and brainstorming, to implementation and testing. You will build a strong relationship with Product and Design teams and ensure our vision and goals are aligned. Senior Visual Designer As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll help shape the next evolution of the Tekmetric brand, a fast‑growing SaaS company that feels more like a lifestyle brand than a traditional B2B player. You’ll bring our story to life across major initiatives like Tektonic 2026 (our first industry‑wide user conference), the brand evolution of Tekmetric as an all‑in‑one platform, our always‑on content and campaigns and our growing customer storytelling programs. This role offers creative freedom, visibility, and the chance to design for an audience that’s as real and grounded as it gets. Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer We’re looking for someone to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure that supports strong system performance and business growth. This role focuses on automation, monitoring, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
