About Us:
At Tax Resolution Plus Inc. We help individuals & Business owners navigate complex IRS and state tax liabilities. We are experiencing massive growth and are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and relentless Sales Agent to join our inbound/outbound sales team. If you are motivated to generate revenue this position is for you!
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Must be able to listen and communicate with what services would best suit client needs.
- Handling high Volume calls inbound/outbound.
- Following up with warm prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Exceed monthly revenue and targets.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience. No tax experience required, training is provided as long as you have a drive to learn.
- Excellent communication, active listening.
- Resilience and a positive attitude; you view "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."
