Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales and Marketing Travel Requirement: Up to 20 percent Salary Range: $58,700 to $106,200 annually, plus bonus eligibility and benefits Position Overview: Stryker is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Strategic Communications Team. This role is responsible for developing high-impact visual communications that support a wide range of internal and external initiatives. The designer will collaborate across departments to produce creative assets that align with brand standards and strategic goals, helping elevate Stryker’s messaging and engagement across channels. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Michigan, Illinois, Washington, or California. The role offers the opportunity to work on both internal communications and customer-facing projects, with a focus on storytelling, brand consistency, and visual clarity.
